Paul Stone is not a guru, a therapist, or a counselor. He is a builder.

I am not a theorist lecturing from an ivory tower. I am a man standing on the job site with you, handing you a shovel, and asking: Are you ready to dig?

The Origin: The Passenger in the Bulldozer My story starts in the mud with a weak foundation, just like yours might. Entering the workforce at sixteen, I learned early that the world demands a relentless grind. For years, I chased the culture's definition of success, pouring all my energy into the hustle and the revenue. From the outside, it looked like victory. On the inside, it was a critical structural failure.

Have you ever felt like a passenger in a bulldozer? I was moving forward with massive, destructive force, but I had absolutely no hands on the steering wheel. I was an architect at work, but a ghost at home.

The Excavation: Rebuilding on the Rock When the friction of that lifestyle finally forced a shutdown, I didn't find a magic pill. I had to go to work. I began to cross-reference the hard data of modern science and structural discipline with the ancient, unchanging truths of the Creator's blueprint. I had to tear down my weak foundation and rebuild my life on a rock. By doing the heavy lifting, I engineered the fragmented pieces of my life into a resilient framework. That framework became The Dominion Design.

The Proof of Concept: Your Spotter in the Trenches I founded The Dominion Design because I know exactly what it takes to survive the storm. I am not speaking to you from a finished palace; I am actively in the trenches with you.

As a self-employed business owner scaling a commercial enterprise, a husband, and a father raising a large household, I navigate the exact same heavy logistical realities that you do. When unexpected family transitions or shifting markets threaten to impede the flow, I don't panic—I check the blueprints. I rely on these exact systems to adapt, survive, and scale my own life, testing the load-bearing walls every single day.

The Mission: Coaching Your Build My mission is to equip you to stop apologizing for your strength and start systematically applying it. I am here to coach you, spot you, and provide the frameworks you need to achieve the exact results you desire for your own life and legacy. We are building a Brotherhood of men who refuse to be mastered by the world's chaos.
